Estimation of level of development of the infrastructure in educational sphere (Chelyabinsk region is taken as an example)

The article deals with regional social infrastructure with educational infrastructure of Chelyabinsk region is taken as an example. The authors focused their attention on the objective estimation of conditions and material basis of development of social infrastructure in regions which are necessary for development and implementation of social politics.
