The estimation of the level of social and family disadaptation of the injection opioid drug consumers

The aim of the research. The research is devoted to development and approbation of the scale for estimation of the level of social and family disadaptation of patients with opioid dependence. Material and methods. The material under the investigation (264 subjects from the different regions of the Republic of Belarus, including 164 men and 100 women) shows high indices of validity- coordination, retest validity, convergence validity and the specific character of the methods undertaken. Results. The research shows that the scale is an effective instrument in the objective assessment of the complex influence of interconnected factors, their role and informative character in the formation of social and family disadaptation of patients with opioid dependence which influence the course and prediction of the disease. Conclusions. The scale for estimation of the level of disadaptation of patients with opioid dependence allows diagnosing the level of their clinical and social functioning, identifying the impact of various factors on the character and prediction of the disease, that makes possible to define the volume and direction of preventive, medical and organizing activities.
