Evaluation of the life level and poverty of the population (on the example of the Pskov region)

Within the framework of this article some final results of the research on the living standards and poverty level of the population in the Pskov region are presented, with an emphasis on the standard of living of the inhabitants of rural settlements (on the example of the Nevelsky district). In accordance with the objectives, an analysis of the complex of necessary statistical data was made and indicators (criteria) were obtained, which ultimately assessed the standard of living and poverty of the population of the region.
