Assessment of the success of the implemention of the action plan for import substitution in the ferrous metallurgy for 2020

The paper examines the interim results of the implementation of the import substitution policy in the Russian Federation in the field of ferrous metallurgy for 2020. It is established that the industry is experiencing difficulties with the implementation of plans for import substitution. Measures to support the industry are proposed.
