Evaluating the relevance of the elements of distributed computing system infrastructure when solving tasks in managing an economic unit

From the point of view of its architecture, any information system (IS) represents a distributed information processing system. IS infrastructure ensures the execution of the enterprise business processes. However, the role played by IS infrastructure elements in the execution of a certain business process is different and can be evaluated with the help of a coeffi cient of elements relevance. Taking the coeffi cient of relevance into consideration will make it possible to manage the information fl ows rationally and to provide the necessary standby equipment.
