Assessment the effects of environmental factors on graduates of Russian universities competitiveness in the era of digital transformation

The article examines the external environment factors that have a significant impact on the competence portfolio of graduates of technical and economic specialties under the conditions of digital transformation, which introduces major adjustments in all spheres of life, including the educational environment. The article discusses the main problems that digitalization brings, including short life cycle of knowledge and competitiveness of personnel. The results of questionnaire survey among specialists, students, teachers and managers of technical and economic training areas are given. The authors used the PESTLE method of analysis of external environment factors to study the competitiveness of modern graduates of the Russian higher education system in the article. The article identifies the main directions of educational development.
