Assessment of the impact of hydrometeorological changes on the revenue and expenditure parts of the budget of the Russian Federation on the example of pipeline transportation of oil and gas

This article provides a qualitative assessment of costs when transporting oil and gas through pipelines when the hydrometeorological regime changes in the territory of the Russian Federation. In addition, we discusses the impact of these costs on the expenditure and revenue part of the country's budget, which determines the quality of life of the population. The risks of economic losses and the possibility of their reduction are identified.
