The estimate of the efficient influence of temporary abolition of aspirin on the course of perioperating period at coronary bypass surgery among patients with ischemic heart disease in the Republic of Buryatia

The medical reports of 163 patients, suffering from ischemic heart disease, have been analyzed. All patients had a coronary bypass surgery in a cardiovascular surgery section of Republican clinical hospital in Ulan-Ude. It has been revealed that temporary abolition of aspirin for 10 days before surgery has positive influence on hemocoagulation indicators, on progress rate of perioperating cardiac infarction and on lethality indicator of patients.
