Aim: evaluation of direct (in vitro) influence of isoniazid, rifampicin, para-aminosalicylic acid and capreomycin on the activity of acid phosphatase of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. Activity test of acid phosphatase was performed using F.G.J. Hayhow, D. Quaglino method; medium cytochemical factor was calculated. It was determined that 2-hour incubation of whole blood with isoniazid, rifampicin, para-aminosalicylic acid and capreomycin is accompanied by increased activity of acid phosphatase of lymphocytes.
Lymphocyte, isoniazid, rifampicin, para-aminosalicylic acid, capreomycin, acid phosphatase, pulmonary tuberculosis
