Background. The important role of psychosocial interventions in the treatment of mental disorders is increasingly discussed in terms of an integrated approach aimed at restoring social activity and improving the patient's quality of life. However, the influence of psychosocial factors on immunological parameters remains insufficiently studied in the context of various mental disorders.
