Assessment of the Influence of Various Factors on the Development of Entrepreneurship in the Arctic Zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The article addresses the development of entrepreneurship in the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) during the period from 2020 to 2023. The study employs statistical analysis methods and a multiple regression model is constructed. The research analyses the relationship between four groups of factors – comprising measures of government support and socioeconomic indicators – and the number of entrepreneurs per 10 000 inhabitants in the arctic districts of Yakutia. The author demonstrates the positive impact of supporting measures in the form of tax incentives on the development of arctic entrepreneurship, as well as highlights a significant correlation between the modeled indicator and factors characterizing regional infrastructure. The article also emphasizes the need for further improvement of the state support system for entrepreneurship, taking into account the specific features of the northeastern part of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.
