An influence assessment on the form accuracy of Norton highly porous abrasive wheels from black silicon carbide during grinding parts from VT20

Бесплатный доступ

Improving form accuracy of parts conducts to growth of the machine reliability and durability. For this purpose, the plane parts of the alloy VT20 were grinded by highly porous wheels Norton 37C (46; 60; 80) (I; K) 12 VP. At the 5% significance level on position measures (median), non-parametric statistical method revealed that, the investigated wheels are equivalent by cutting ability. Recommendations for choosing wheels are made by measures of scattering (precision) and by the indicators (GOST 24642 - 81): EFEmax - 37С 46 K 12 VP; EFEa и EFEq - 37С 60 K 12 VP.
