Appraisement of the Russian state's the internal policy in 1990-th made by the Russian Orthodox Church

The author gives out the problem of the attitude of the Russian Orthodox Church to the post-soviet Russia's internal policy. He expresses this attitude was critical. For example, the Church blamed the state for military actions in Chechnya and decreasing level of life. At the same time, the constructive character of this critics is shown.
