Evaluation of the reproductive potential of the region

The article presents an approach developed by the author allowing to assess the reproductive potential from the perspective of three parties (key stakeholders), which play a crucial role in the development of the region. They are business, government (power) and population. The general environment of the region is considered as an additional component, which has a significant impact on the functioning of the three parties. The general environment of the region is developing under the influence of both internal and external factors of national and international nature. It has been found that the management of reproductive potential is an effective tool in improvement of the regional economy’s efficiency.
