In increasing the competence of management of power and ecological condition of rural territories it is necessary to develop regulations according to the address with organic waste for assistance to agricultural enterprises. It will allow passing to waste-free technology of farming, to lower pay-ment for negative impact on the environment, to increase prestige of the enterprise, to improve working conditions of workers. For this purpose it is necessary to know, in what quantity and quality vegetable waste in the territory of the region is made and what heat generators can be used for such fuels. The transformation of waste of phytogenesis into the income is, undoubtedly, topical issue. The research objec-tive was the analysis and the assessment of possibility of using vegetable waste as energy resource. During research the assessment of quantity and quality of vegetable waste is carried out: straw, waste of forest and wood-processing branches. It is established that in Krasnoyarsk Region there is high potential of bioenergy resources. Vegetable bioresources are widespread on the majority of areas of the region and can already be used now. The volume of the straw which can be used as renewable fuel, in Krasnoyarsk Region makes about 1 697 001 tons/year. Logging and woodworking industries of Krasnoyarsk Region give about 4 thousand m3 of vegetable waste which can be used for receiving fuel briquettes. The power effective heat generating equipment which allows using vegetable waste for needs of agricultural production is de-fined. For conditions of Krasnoyarsk Region gas-generating coppers of HERLT firm (Germany) and boilers of the plant of heating equipment and ZOTA automatic equipment (Krasno-yarsk) are recommended.
