Evaluation of issued licenses by authorized bodies in the field of foreign trade regulation

Currently, the state has many tools for regulating foreign economic activity. One of these tools is the licensing of goods sent for export and import. Being one of the methods of non-tariff regulation, licensing performs the function of protecting the political and economic interests of the state. The article presents the theoretical foundations of the provision of licenses for goods, as well as identifies problems and provides further ways to provide licenses.
