Valuation of land for agricultural for collateral purposes: key pricing factors. Unity and the opposite opinion

The problems of valuation of land for agricultural purposes for collateral purposes. The analysis of the evaluation reports of such lands, as a result of which revealed the lack of uniform methods of assessment of this asset. The author cites the key issues relating to the factors affecting the cost of land for agricultural purposes, and the answers to them are members of the working group formed to develop recommendations for the definition of the market value of such lands for the purpose of creating a common methodological tools for the evaluation of all the participants and the banking community.
