Land appraisal and natural resource rent

The article deals with problems of estimation of natural resources and the way the estimation is connected with a natural rent. The article also deals with the steps which are necessaiy to make on the institutional level to measure a natural rent and the way the natural rent is connected with the sustainable development and welfare of the community. The author covers working models of appraisal of the developed and undeveloped lands including agricultural and forest lands. The notion of index of real savings is introduced. The author subsequent changes of a number of macroeconomic factors on the basis of she offers to make a conclusion about reasonability of establishing special funds such as a fund of future generations for providing further development of the country.
