Competent approach to the evaluation of the head of the educational institution

In the article, the assessment of the leaders of an educational institution is considered as a necessary condition for the formation of the competitiveness of managerial personnel. The analysis of existing approaches to determining the structure of competencies of the leader, characterizing the effectiveness of his activities. From the standpoint of the competency-based approach, a methodology for assessing the head of an educational institution is proposed.
