Evaluation activities in the federal government agencies "Russian river register"

The article is devoted to the evaluation of the federal state institution «The Russian River Register». Normative documents (acts) of the River Register, based on addressing issues of assessment of objects in the classification Registered in River Register. The calculations for determining the physical and functional wear courts, based on the actual status of their basic structural elements. Shown is the difference between the physical deterioration of the vessel, identified by its actual condition, and the physical deterioration of the vessel, identified by calculation.
