Locality of social tension in Russia

The growth of social tension is a characteristic feature of the social processes taking place in modern Russian society. Due to the fragmentary study of the phenomenon of social tension, the forecasting of social conflicts is difficult. In the article the authors give definition of the concept of social tension, justify the focal character of its emergence and development. The authors suggest structural and dynamic indicators of social tension.
