Бесплатный доступ

A very early soybean cultivar Vita is derived by the method of recurrent selection from the hybrid population of F7 (Л-266 × Л-71) × F7 (Л-266 × Л-71). Based on the results of the variety testing of 2016-2017 Vita's yields exceeded the standard very early cultivar Lira by 0.10 t per ha. The height of plants at the latitude of Krasnodar (45°) is 78-85 cm. The new cultivar is characterized by an early maturity, increased drought resistance, it is resistant to lodging and pod shattering. This allows cultivating it in the spring sowing in soybean-producing farms of the Northern Caucasian, Central Chernozem, Lower Volga, West Siberian and Far East regions of the Russian Federation on geographic latitudes from 43 to 52°.
