The biochemical properties of peptidase from Paenibacillus dendritiformis strain Gor-10s have been cleaned and studied. It has been shown that a culture has a high subtilizin-like activity. Proteases are stable in the range of temperature from 23 up to 60 С and рН from 6.6 up to 12.
