One of the topics of the ritual action in the funerary practices of the Andronovo (Fedorovo) culture (on the materials of the Tartas-1 burial ground)

This article analyzes the detection of burial ceramic vessels, which located outside the burial in the Tartas-1. We identified two finds localization variants - in the pits and on the level of the continent. This demonstrates the widespread phenomenon in the space-chronological aspect. Apparently, the objects under consideration are traces of burial and funeral rituals. According to researchers, the vessels can be interpreted ambiguously: as a memorial funeral feast, as a sacrifice to the spirits or as accompanying food left behind after a certain time. It is possible that the same rituals are presented in fragmentary vessels, placed in the holes as a «part for the whole».
