The history of the development of the foundations of federalism in the Russian Federation is inconceivable without taking into account the activities of those people who stood at the source. One of such people was the first president of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan Irek Sharifovich Muksinov. This year he would have been 85 years old.
