One-year forage crops in the field forage production of the Omsk region

Scientific results of annual fodder crops cultivation technology under southern forest-steppe condition of Western Siberia are given in the article. It’s shown the main reserves of the field fodder production development on the basis of using many components mixed forage and high protein crops for preparing high quality complete nutrition. Fodder production of Western Siberia is in need of improving, as the main nutrient elements deficiency in forage, especially protein, compensates at the expense of increasing corn consumption. In this connection the main development ways of the field fodder production in the first place must be direct to preparing high qualitative forage with balanced complete nourishment.
