Simultaneous mitral/ tricuspid valvular plasty on a beating heart through right-sided anterolateral thoracotomy following earlier cardiac interventions

Бесплатный доступ

A unique case of repeated intervention in a patient's heart with mitral/aortic valve disorders is presented. The patient underwent coronary artery bypass surgery, and surgical intervention was difficult to perform, since these patients are subject to expressed adhesions and high risks of injuring the working shunt. Intraoperative access was made from anterolateral thoracotomy.

Coronary artery bypass grafting, mitral valve, aortic valve, reoperation
