Same-sex families in European family law

The article deals with the issue of same-sex families in Europe. The legalization of same-sex marriages in Europe is studied. The process of formation of the normative base, fixing same-sex unions, is estimated. The positions of the European court of Justice concerning same-sex families are considered. Also in the article a great place in the article is given to the analysis of the modern view of this phenomenon.
