Described mehanomiografic technique, which allows simultaneous recording of multiple reduction limb skeletal muscle of a laboratory animal in vivo. When using this method of chronic experiment vertebrate laboratory animals may simultaneously explore the amplitude-time characteristics of heterogeneous reduction in the qualitative composition of the muscle fibers. In such circumstances, very effectively to study the effect of pharmacological agents and other factors on the functional state of various types of skeletal muscle.
