"Governmentaliasation" of local self-government: forms and limits

Different points of view on constitutionality of the model of interrelations between executive power bodies and local self-government bodies, regulated by Federal Law of October 6, 2003 "On basic principles of organisation of local self-government in the Russian Federation" are analysed in the article.
