Restriction of the possibility of construction in territories in which borders the specific mode of conducting economic activity is set

The issues of the use of territories within the boundaries of which reconstruction or new construction can be completely banned or restricted in connection with the need to obtain additional approvals are considered. Since the regime for the use of such territories is regulated by various documents, and the lack of necessary approvals can lead to administrative or criminal liability, the author suggests the development of a legislative act that would contain a single list of all the approvals required before the construction starts, and gives examples of permits that may be needed for construction.
