The restriction of property rights because of public and private interests

The article is devoted to the legal regulation of the restriction of property rights because of public and private interests. The author argues in favour of a comprehensive regulatory system of such restrictions. Against this background, the main innovations provided by the Draft amendment to the Russian Civil Code are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the need to study the experiences of other countries concerning the restriction of property rights.
