Limited property rights to residential premises

The article discusses the issues of restricting property rights to residential premises in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Signs of limited rights to things in an object such as residential premises are highlighted. The current state of education and housing legislation regarding the types of limited rights to residential real estate is reflected, as well as the opinions of scientists regarding the consideration of this issue. As a result of the analysis of civil law literature and the current legislation and housing legislation, it was concluded that the list of limited real rights to residential premises today requires revision and appropriate consolidation in the relevant regulations.
