Limited review as an alternative to the audit of small entities

The article is considering the question of the need for inspections of small entities and the nature of such inspections. The article discusses the limited review, its differences from the audit and concluded that it can be used as an alternative to audit of small entities. The question of the development of uniform international standards for conducting inspections of small entities was considered.
