Protection of information security of the Russian Federation in the light of the development of generative neurosystems

In recent years, the global interest in the use and legal regulation of artificial intelligence has increased significantly. This is primarily due to the rapidly developing technological solutions, one of which are generative information systems (GIS), capable of generating a variety of content that can both meet the requirements of ensuring information security of the Russian Federation and jeopardize it. The author draws attention to the fact that the way of GIS development should be based not on prohibition, but on normative regulation with the aim of both protecting social relations and utilizing useful functions and properties of the system.
