The right to receive qualified legal assistance is enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and belongs to the basic, i.e. constitutional, rights and freedoms. Other rights derived from it, such as the right to a lawyer, the right to notarization of rights, the right to legal advice, etc., are fixed in other regulatory legal acts of the Federal and regional levels. They are not "second-rate" and less important. Safeguarding these rights is under constitutional equal rights protection of the state.
