The provision of fitness services in hotel complexes and modeling

Using a standardized IDEF0 methodology and CASE-tools conducted functional decomposition of the business process of providing fitness services. Developed context diagram, which was decomposed into four functional blocks, and their child diagrams. For each function identified: service providers (mechanism) that converts (incoming) what motivates artists (management), what is the function execution result (output). The proposed model can be used to develop the standard of the organization, to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the activities of the fitness center, for training of its employees.
