Studies have been conducted on white rats with transplanted ascitic tumor in the ovarian stationary (n=22) and in the terminal phase of tumor growth (n=22). Ovarian ascites tumor transplanted intraperitoneally in an amount 7·10 7 cells per rat. In red blood cells and plasma dynamics in experimental ovarian cancer evaluated indicators of oxidative modification of proteins. Found an increase in the formation of protein carbonyl derivatives of neutral and basic character, which gives an indication of the accumulation of oxidative degradation of protein molecules, which may be indicative of the occurrence of carbonyl stress. Thus, one of the manifestations of OMP is the increase of the carbonyl derivative proteins
