Oxidative stress and its correction in cows in the conditions of South Urals agroecosystem

In ekologo-economic conditions of South Ural for an organism of cows of simmentalky breed of the Austrian selection are characteristic lipotropny effect of a stress and activation of perekisny oxidation of lipids. Natural biopolymer chitosan increases activity of system of antioxidant protection of an organism of skilled cows.
