The ontological bases of the modern legal culture

The article deals with the ontological bases of the modern legal culture determined by a number of theoretical and practical factors. The author believes that first of all it is necessary to comprehend those changes which have occurred in the legal culture of Russia during the Post-Soviet period of its development (taking into account its significance both on the domestic legal level and on the global one).
