Operational-search counteraction to the illegal sale of drugs in the context of digitalization of society and the state

The article considers the peculiarities of implementation of operational-search activities to counter the illegal sale of drugs committed by using information and communication technologies, modern methods of illegal sale of narcotic drugs. The features of carrying out some operational search measures in the context of digitalization of criminal environment are given. The separate directions of operational-search activity of employees of anti-drug units of internal affairs bodies in the virtual space are provided. The sources of obtaining operationally significant information on the mechanisms of contactless sale of drugs using digital technologies are reflectedd.
