Operational search police counteraction to juvenile delinquency abroad (on the example of the Federal Republic of Germany)

The present article is a continuation of a series of author’s works devoted to the consideration of the organizational and legal foundations of operational search police counteraction to juvenile delinquency abroad. The German experience concerning the regulatory and legal support of operational search activities towards minors (or with their participation) as well as its differences from similar support in the Russian Federation and the United States are examined in the article. The author provides a brief overview of operational search methods used by the police of this country to prevent and solve crimes of this type and gives practical recommendations on the application of successful practices in our country.
