Introduction: examines the issues of the lack of progress in the development of operational investigative law with regard to the interaction between operational investigators and the judiciary. It emphasizes the difficulties that arise in the work of operational units within law enforcement agencies in detecting and preventing crimes, as well as ensuring human and civil rights, due to legislative backwardness.
