The work deals with the problems of feet equinus deformity correction in patients with the spastic form of infantile cerebral paralysis. The achilloplasty according to Bayer with feet fixation using a device for transosseous osteosynthesis. Irrespective of the amount of initial equinus deformity there were no cases of feet "calcaneal" orientation
