Operator model of the system of processes of reception, registration and accommodation of guests in a hotel

The article is devoted to theoretical methods of research work hospitality enterprise modeling and system analysis. The developed model separate operations, the main processor functions to perform the service of reception and accommodation. Operator models provide a visual, clear and precise idea of the content of actions to be performed for contractor's processes and ensure the transparency of information for consumers appropriate services to clients of the hotel complex.
