Opioid receptors and resistance of the heart to pathogenetic influences

The role of μ-, δ- и κ-оpioid receptors in the forming myocardial resistance to pathogenetic factors influences was studied. Antiarrhythmic action of μ-, δ- and κ- ligands of opioid receptors was studied using models of adrenal, aconite and reperfusion arrhythmias. Peripheral μ- и κ1- opioid peptides was established to increase cardiac resistance to arrthythmogenic action of adrenaline. In conditions of short-term (10 min) coronary occlusion and reperfusion, δ2- and κ1- receptors agonists exerted antiarrhythmic action.
