Payment for business trips in the main position and part-time

The article deals with practical issues of regulating relations with employees when sending them on a business trip, in the case of concluding employment contracts with them at their main place of work and on the terms of internal part-time work. Based on the opinion of Rostrud, taking into account judicial practice on the issue of preserving the average earnings of an employee, depending on which position he was sent on a business trip, recommendations are given to the employer in paying for business trips while maintaining guarantees of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
