Payment of labor and bonus system in pharmacy organizations

The article deals with the labor remuneration problem of pharmacy organizations. The authors have analyzed the forms and systems of remuneration as exemplified in the definite company. They have developed universal ways to improve the existing system of payment. The authors have suggested a combination of a simple time-based form of payment and a point-based bonus system for pharmacists.
