Accounting of the rent rates for objects of the municipal real estate

Authors of article analyze formation of a market rent. The factors more influencing the amount of rent - purpose of object, its location and the area are considered. Taking into account influence of these factors, the method of calculation of size of a rent for commercial objects of municipal real estate is offered. Comparison of the received indicators with indicators of market size of a rent is carried out. The conclusion that this technique will allow to approach a rent to real market conditions and to increase revenues of the budget of municipality becomes.
