The widespread use of concentrated organic fertilizers is constrained by the lack of technical means for their surface application at doses from 1 to 4 t / ha. The existing technical means for applying mineral fertilizers do not provide the required uniformity of distribution of concentrated organic fertilizers over the width of application and the movement of the unit. This is due to the specific physical and mechanical properties of the fertilizer: dustlike structure (more than 72% of particles have a size of less than one millimeter), density 0,5 to 0,9 t/m3, humidity 45-55%. Effective is the use of pneumatic centrifugal distributing working bodies on RUM (MVU) machines. To improve the quality of the distribution of concentrated organic fertilizers, it is necessary to determine the rational parameters of pneumatic emission of particles from a closed rectangular channel, providing a given flight range and the required doses of their application. The principle of operation of pneumatic distribution of fertilizers consists in a combination of combinations of distributing bodies: pneumatic discharge from a closed channel to the left and right sides of the movement of the unit; centrifugal distribution of fertilizers in the middle zone (across the width of the technological machine). Mathematical dependencies are obtained that describe the process of ejection of a part from a closed channel taking into account the change in its inclination angle from 150 to 450. The trajectories of particles throwing in an airless space and taking into account air resistance are determined. It has been established that, taking into account the windage of the particles and the resistance of the air environment, the range of their flight is from 16,2 to 26,4 m. For an objective assessment, the efficiency indicator of a technological machine in combination of mechanical and pneumatic action on a fertilizer particle during application will give the desired result, i.e. ... qualitative distribution of fertilizers regardless of their granulometric composition and characteristics.
